Deborah Mercado’s who specializes in Manufactured and Modular construction, one time close loans started her career over 33 years ago in 1992. Due to her knowledge of the back end of the business relating to loan processing, that has enabled her to serve her mortgage client’s in ways that so few Loan Consultants are able to. This is her “one of a kind” mortgage service. As part of her commitment to excellence and customer education related to Mortgage Financing; Deborah dedicates her consultations to educating the consumer and exploring all options, to set them up for success.
