I specialize in helping buyers who want to buy land, develop it, and build a modular or manufactured home at the same time. Through a one-time close construction loan, we’re able to wrap the land purchase, development, and home build into one loan so everything happens in the right order.
Because these projects involve many moving parts — land selection, zoning, development, inspections, and construction timelines — I guide my clients through the process step by step so they always know what comes next.
While I also help clients with standard home purchases, refinances, and DSCR investment loans, our team specializes in construction-to-permanent financing for modular and manufactured homes.
